Never Been Easier: A Look into Halal Money’s New Tagline

Halal Money is excited to reveal our new tagline, Never Been Easier. 

It Started with Easy 

In a world that’s becoming harder to define, we are quick to lose sight of what we want. Where do we want to go with Halal Money? Our previous focus was to Spend, Trade, and Invest Easily, but we are meant to grow beyond this slogan one day. 

The first step we took was to look back at what we’ve accomplished. In the year since Halal Money launched, we: 

• Reached 30,000 app downloads and counting
• Launched an Everyday Transaction Account, through which people can do transactions online, check their expenses in real-time, and link their account with Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Introduced the Halal Money VISA Debit Card, an everyday interest-free spending option
• Launched Halal ETFs, a Shariah-compliant investment that can be traded straight in the Halal Money app anytime during market hours. To maintain their compliance with Islamic principles, our Halal ETFs are invested only in property, shares, and Islamic bonds (sukuk)

And it hit us. Since the beginning, the one constant in everything Halal Money does is the effort to make halal finance easier. 

Never Been Easier 

Like any other tagline, Never Been Easier started by going through several possible options. Our first version helped cement the core aim of Halal Money allowing people to manage their finances easily in a halal way.  

It was later replaced by a compact, punchier version. Our vision this time is to come up with a tagline we can expect people to say when they discover how much easier Halal Money makes managing their finances. 

However, the tagline lacked catchiness. We needed a tagline that we could adapt for different conversations or powerful enough in its message that it could stand on its own. And that's how we came to the final version of our tagline: Never Been Easier.  

A (Digital) Dream 

Both Layla* and Hamish* expressed convenience in using the Halal Money app, noting how the app is great for making investments and managing personal finances. Its friendly interface is also easy to use, allowing even new users to quickly get the hang of the app.  

As reflected in our customers’ stories, Never Been Easier is not only a tagline – it's also our mission. This is a reflection of our commitment to keep creating innovative digital finance solutions to make halal finance easier and more accessible to everyone.
